For the 2 first credit cards, you are not affecting your score at all.
I'm saying this because for opening a $11,000 credit card you may get around 10 points on your score (when the account is opened) However, as you do not use them, payments are not reported to the bureaus (because there are no payments to do) So you either build history from those creditors.
However, the $5000 ones are lowering your score. You are close to the 50% of those credit cards (if not over) A credit card lowers your score when the balance is 35% or over (more if over 50% and a lot more if 80% or over)
I do not know your APR's, nor the offers from those credit cards, but it would make more sense to have your balances transferred to the $11,000 ones, by that way, you will be far from the 50% balance so your score is not getting lowered.
