Pay down debt or apply to daughter's wedding?
I have been putting $230.00 a month on a Visa card to try to pay it down faster. My interest rate at the present time is 0%. The offer will expire on January, 2008. My daughter is getting married in June, 2008. I need to save money for the reception. Should I put this additional payment towards the reception? I don't want to have to charge anything if I don't have the funds. I have not used my credit cards in 3 years and I don't want to start now. What should I do?

I think you should half it to prevent going behind but still have money for the reception.

How did it go younglady50? Are things going well with the finances from the wedding? Hope to hear an update!
