Paying Credit Card Bills
Hi,

I'm currently college student and recently got a student credit card after opening a Bank of America Campus Edge Checking Account. I'm basically only going to use it for gas, textbooks and most purchases that, in the past, I would typically use my debit card for to establish credit before I graduate. I wanted to know if it mattered if I paid off the charge incurred on my credit card account right away. That is to say, I would pay for the charge online, directly from my checking account, within a few days (at most) of using the card. Does it make a difference that way, or should I make monthly payments (over the minimum of course)?

It may sound like a silly thing to ask, but I just want to make sure I have everything covered before I open that door to the credit world.

Thanks!
