1st timer! paypal vs eBay vs MBnet = i'm screwed!

first of all ... hi you all! hope you have pacience to understand my english and try to help me with my doubts!

here's the deal: 3 days ago i've decided that i would give a try on the world of online stores! something very popular for a start, like amazon and eBay. i did never shopped on the web because a never had a credit card, and all this process of non-personalized (even if it's just a person behind a balcony kind of personalized) transaction, with not-in-my-wallet-money, but real money, to pay items that are not in this invisible shopping bag in my left! anyway, i heard about this, as you call, VCC; and i thought "hey! here's my chance!" so i associated my debit card to the VCC from MBnet (note that i am portuguese as the service MBnet, and still i got caught myself in this situation for my own stupidity, based on intuition instead of knowledge) and i transfered an amount bigger than what i intended to buy on amazon, thinking on going right afterwards to eBay! (ok, ok...i had recieved some great cash from a freelance job (i am a freelance illustrator) and i was like a child in a toystore with a robot-father throwing € from his mouth),and then associated this VCC to my new paypal account. as far as i NOW know, is that MBnet VCC is suppose to be used for one transaction only, 1 card for each seller/buy ( correct me if i'm wrong on this one ). so, i baought several books from amazon, and then with the same VCC went to eBay and i bought 2Gb RAM for my mac, and a pair of fancy-blue-shoes using paypal.
yesterday i went to my paypal account and it was closed, under investigation(?) and all the items of eBay "temporarly held", checked my online bank account and i have all the money i've transfered to VCC "captive?" frozen? don´t know the english term! to complete this role of events, it's weekend and i can´t go to my bank ask for answers to redime myself from this situation. Now paypal wants me to check whatever expanded number, use my non-existing CC since it´s a virtual one, address bills, man...please...not on my first time! now i don´t have paypal, don´t know if i ever gonna see that money defrost, don´t know how to cancel my paypal account or cancel my purchases, so that i can start from scratch, a second chance. i really don´t know what to do!
