Well, this is what I would do:
First of all, contact the place where you made the order and tell them to make sure they cancel the order and to send you some kind of confirmation of the cancellation.
Second of all, use the
Contact Us page from the Green Dot Online website page to verify that the card was indeed closed - if you haven't already gotten that confirmation.
If you get ALL confirmation of each of these steps you will be fine - just KEEP your paperwork!
