Authorizing someone else to apply for credit card?
I am a Personal Assistant and my boss asked me to apply for credit cards in his name. He gives me a lot of responsibility and gives me his confidential information to use when its necessary for me to do something for him. He doesn't have the best credit score and he told me to apply to a credit card company that takes higher risks.

Am I allowed by law to fill out an application in his name? I don't want to lose my job but I don't want to break the law. Sure he's being really stupid about this but that's not the issue.

Wow, in my opinion, I would not do this. I would just tell him how uncomfortable it would be for me and to me NO job is worth feeling that way!

JMO though..
