Credit card payment for a resort

My family is operating a small resort. This is frequented by foreigners and local tourists. Right now for services, the resort can only accept cash payment. We plan to include credit card payment option. Any tip on how we go thru the process so we can maximize the best deal possible?

The process is simple. You can click on 'Credit Card Processing' in the menu, and then choose retail to compare plans. They each have slightly different features, but choosing the best one usually comes down to comparing rates. They all charge a flat rate of about $0.10 to $0.30 per transactions plus 0.5%-3% of the transaction amount. So you'll have to do a little math. It depends on what your monthly volume is and the average order amount.

I suppose you are referring to the internet based credit card payment. We are also interested in the offline credit card payment which requires a card swiper and other stuff. Any idea on how much is the cost involved for the over counter credit card payment?
