If Chase reported me to chexsystems on Jan 2008 for account abuse what's
the possibility of opening another account with Chase right now? I love Chase.
The account abuse by the way was a returned check, I couldn't
even believe they reported me for that, How was I suppose to to
know the check was not good..

I don't owe them any money or anything either, never did.

All I can advise is that you try and open one, I highly doubt you will get one again but, all you can do is try..right?

Chase understood my situation and requested the bad info
be removed from chexsystems, my question is how long
will it take chexsystems to update that?

You could also contact them and ask them what the estimated time it will take for this to take place..everywhere is different..
