Reputation System Enabled

I think this is a good way to get things going. Everyone likes reputation, right?

Reputation is yours to be given out freely. Keep in mind, any type of abuse will get you exempt from this system and possibly a ban(depending on severity).

Users with 1 post may give reputation. No "gray" rep can be given unless someone with no posts reps you.

For every year you're a member of CreditorWeb and for every 1,000 posts you make, you get 1 rep point.

For every 100 rep points you gain, you gain 1 more rep point.

You must give reputation to 10 different people before repping the same person again.

Everyone starts off with 10 rep points.
