Referrals

Is there anywhere that we can see who is in the lead for the referral contest part of the $600 forum posting contest? It'd be nice to see real-time stats for it. There's probably a mod for this forum, or at least I think there should be.

Are you sure they have made at least one post so far? "You will receive one point for each member you refer who makes at least one post."

I have referred 13 members so far.

hmm odd, your referalls work.. I don't get why mines didn't work. Yes they all made over 2 posts.

BTW Jeremy when you read this, is there anyways I can have the people I refered email you that it was I who refered them and that you can add them to my referall number?

Haha find it odd if you want. Also have the admin check my referrals if you are thinking I'm cheating. How's it odd that I'm telling my friends to check out this forum and to join it? I'm spending my time getting referrals instead of posting here right now, lol, that's why I have 13 referrals and less than 10 posts while you have 90+ posts and 0 referrals. My advice, get off the forum for a bit and refer members .

I've already refered members, it just didn't show up for some reason. I've already asked the admin to contact me or read my email, so he knows who I reffered. If I am here most of the time so what? It's better than you just coming for referals and leaving...

Half of your referals have made spam posts. I hope the admin checks the referals, because many of these guys are coming in making 2 posts of spam and leaving....

BTW, usually when people refer members, they are already part of the community and long term members, you fairly new here, that's why it's odd.

Also it seems your just in it for the contest. I mean you have 13 referals yesterday and within 12 hrs you have 22.... "usually" people will not have a increase like that and to me it seems like your just here for the contest, which is a pretty sad thing. I've spent time here yes.. but atleast I like the community here. Then again.. it's the admins decision.

Take a chill pill please. Don't be upset that I have a lot of referrals and you don't. I can't help if they don't post much and become top posters in the forum. I'm doing what I can to help this community grow and prosper, yet you ridicule me because I'm working too hard and too much at it. That's not a good sign of friendliness here. What did I ever do to you?

I don't really mind that I don't have tons of referals. I just said I find it odd for someone to see a contest and suddenly come in with less than 10 posts and have over 22 referalls... I've never seen that happen and usually that would never happen.

Your helping the community? I've seen about 4 new members and i'm VERY sure they are refered by you, who just spam 2 posts and leave.... how that helping the community? If your going to help it get members who will stick around and not post 4 words and leave....

Please don't use the boards to argue. Settle disputes via PM. Petty arguments like this are spam, too.

Money, there is no automatic way to see who is in the lead. I could update the referrals every 24-48 hours manually. I will do this when Cal's referrals are fixed though.
