What's wrong with your links? There's no button to add on a link and if I do it manually, the tags don't work. Do you have to have a certain amount of posts or something? Or is it just broken?
It is intentionally disabled to discourage spammers. There are a LOT of financial websites who hire people to go around posting spam links on other financial sites.
