Maybe someone can help me with this question..
I signed up for a card back in January that had a promotion for a free signed NFL Jersey after qualifying purchases were made, which was only $75.00. It's now August and I have yet to receive such jersey and am told now that I won't receive it because the person who was supposed to sign them isn't signing anymore. I guess he signed 300 and they thought that was going to to be enough. Now they want to offer me some other signed jersey, to which I am not too excited about getting.
Shouldn't they have planned ahead in this even and had enough signed? From what I understand they may have come out a couple hundred short. There never was any disclaimer saying that you had to be the first 300 or so, nothing of the sort.
Where can I go with this? I currently use the card for everything I purchase and pay it every couple of days. I am in good standing, however they are not.
HELP!

My only suggestion is to get in contact with the highest person instead of just an operator..

Good Luck..
