Karma Points

Has anyone ever heard about this? It's a new currency from Chase.

Chase has a new card called the Chase +1 Student MasterCard.
0% Intro APR and No Annual Fee

It also has "huge surprises and exclusive giveaways".

One of the things that drew me to it was the Karma Points though, which I have never heard of.

Anyone have any first hand experiences with these?
