Discover Gas Card

I just switched my regular Discover Card over to the Discover Gas Card and this thing is great. 5% back on Gas and 1% on all other purchases, plus they run a lot of seasonal promotions where it's 5% off for dining and other items. The interest rates are very competitive as well.

Well my GOLD card gives me enough. I was also thingking of getting a gas card but then my credit card company annouced a scheme which was as good as a GAS CARD. Though its good to see that gas cards are getting more and more popular and are providing better facilites.

Yeah I have the Discover Gas card and use it everytime. The rewards just make this card so worth it! I used to use my shell card but stopped and have racked up about $300 in Gas card rebates from Discover this past year. I don't run a balance so I don't even care much about the interest rate.

I don't have a gas card but I might get one now since I usually use my visa for gas. Nice post.

I use it all the time for gas, my old card didn't have rewards for using it on gas so I got this card and it is great.

Yes the Discover Gas Card also known as the Discover Open Road Card is really a great deal if you just budget your gas and pay it off each month. I use my all the time. It also offers 0% apr on purchases and balance transfers for 12 months which is an added benefit.

I know, aren't the gas rebate cards great! They really do come through with the savings. There are tons to choose from as well, Check them out, and reap the benefits, especially during this time, when gas prices are so high!

Yes Discover Gas card is the best in offer for gas rebate there are many others benefits from these cards i too enjoy the benefit of Discover cards

Don't the 5% gas cards only give you that 5% back for a certain amount of time, and then the percentage goes down or expires? Or you're only allowed a limit of certain amount you can actually get back, and then you can't get 5% anymore?

Or do you get 5% back forever? If so, where the heck do I get one of these cards???

The Driver's Edge card changed it's T&Cs and is no longer an attractive buy for people who reall purchase gas. It's now capped at $1,200 on gas and maintanece per year meaning your 5% reward is now $60.

Better option now is Citi Drivers Edge.
