Chase Visa
I was recently a victim of bank fraud while on holiday.

I alerted all of my cards prior to the due date that I had no money to pay.

My payment history prior to this was perfect.

ONLY CHASE both raised my fees AND changed my rate to 30%.

I called and requested an a djustment back to my prior rate, but they were unyeilding.

Stay away from them!

Sorry to hear. That's never happened to me. They raised your rate after you told them you were a victim of bank fraud?

He needs to make his post more clearer, I don't really understand the issue. I've never had a issue with Visa.

This Surprises my about Chase Visa
The Chase Platinum Visa Card is one of the Best you can get. I think what has happened is the confusion of fraud verse your normal payment history. I would call back and ask for a manager. Send him your prior statements before the fraud or have them look it up.

Most credit card companies like Chase also have Fraud departments that deal with your situation specifically so call them up and deal with them directly.

Good Luck and hope you resolve your issues.

Steve

Chase is bad don't go that rout! I went over my limit once and they hiked my rate to around 30%! i have great credit and always pay on time. I did the same thing with my USBank credit card and they just raised my limit. Guess I got spoiled. But a thing was on our local news here in WA about how a lot of people are angry with chase for hiding so many penalties in fine print. You mess up once anywhere with chase and you are done for. On top of everything else they charge 10 bucks just to pay them over the phone and they don't offer an easy online bill pay. Just think.... Paying money just to pay money... Chase is a rip off.

Always treat your credit card company like a hawk, they will plunder at you the moment they get a chance. The best thing a credit card holder can do it to never give them a chance. Stay disciplined in your payments and credit card use and the troubles will not come your way. Going over limit and expecting the credit card company to fall in love with you just does not make much sense.
