First Equity (Columbus, GA)-Beware!
Wow. First Equity's customer service rep lied about the interest rate I would receive. She said 3.99% on my BT, turned out to be over 24%. The supervisor I spoke to after I discovered the problem on my statement blamed me for the "mistake" said to resolve it she'd "speak with the employee," but would do nothing for me. Supervisor was hostile and basically accused me of lying. I'd beware of this company, or at least about believing what they tell you. Apparently for them it's OK to lie to collect their exorbitant interest and fees! I'm glad I noticed.
