Do you ever use Western Union? Seems they've been the brunt of the scam scenes lately

I really like their card called Wired Plastic. It also has a rewards system.

The wired plastic card, is a prepaid Visa card, and you pay about $3.95 a month for it. For every dollar you spend on it, you get a point, the points are redeemable for prepaid phone minutes (with a cellular phone). I have this Card, and I have been quite happy with it. You can apply for it here Compare Credit Cards Online and Apply For Credit Cards under the "prepaid" section.
