Moneybookers
Moneybookers is a merchant account provider which can allow your site to accept credit card payments. For those paying via credit card, do they have to register with Moneybookers before they can pay?

Per its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), you don't have to register to be able to pay using your credit card. What Moneybookers needed is your phone for transaction verification purposes.

I've seen so many people use this these days? I don't get what's soo good about it? I've even seen people who will pay you Paypal money and lot's of it, in exchange for a Moneybookers account?

Well I never used moneybookers, and I don't see much people using/paying moneybookers, so I really don't get that concept, why paying for an exchange on moneybookers? I have seen this even on eGold, I think that too is useless but al least eGold is used more then moneybookers so it makes more sense.

I think the people that use it are ones that either got their paypal shutdown or just can't use paypal and/or have no access to a CC or VCC.
