Dispute - Chargeback - Chase CC- HELP!!!

Here is my story...

I went into the Dentist to get a cleaning. On my way out they said I should come back for a deep cleaning. The office clerk explain that I have good insurance and the deep cleaning would be covered.

After the deep cleaning I was slapped with a $400 bill (I shouldn't have paid the amount). I disputed the $400 from Chase and won.

I received later from the Dentist that I now owe $200. My insurance sent me an invoice stating the cleaning should have been for $200.

A chargeback was applied to the Dentist recently. Now I have to re-dispute the case.

There is definately malpractice at CAMPUS DENTIST Irvine, CA. Don't ever go here, however I feel like this will be a vicious cycle. I didn't do anything wrong.

Does anyone know the best next steps I should take besides re-disputing the case? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Wow! This is crazy..however it is hard to do anything without it written on paper. I would go about doing the dispute the same as you did the first time. Even going to the head person at Campus Dentist if you have to. Good luck and keep us posted!

well nothing can be said in such type of cases, but u should dispute again. best of luck.
