Can you win against chargebacks for virtual items?

I have never heard of anyone winning a chargeback when it comes to virtual items. But is it possible to win against them?

People win chargebacks with virtual items all the time.
It's kind of scary to know this because people will get the item then request a chargeback straight away just to scam someone out of a few bucks.

You can file a charge back and there isnt much anyone can do unless they take legal steps. There is a lot of fraud and scamming that goes on because of this and paypal for instance.

yes people do win charback , i know one of my friend who filed a charge back and he won.
