Yep, recently did my first chargeback. I bought someone from an online company. They're fairly reputable so I didn't think twice about ordering products from them.
Anyway, they told me I'd be receiving my product in 2-3 weeks. A month passed and nothing. I contacted them and they told me to wait till it's been a month so I did....nothing, again.
I contacted them yet again and they told me to wait another month. It's been over two months and I still haven't received anything from them. My emails go ignored so I just decided to forget about the product and get my money back.
They made such a big deal about it though saying it was a problem on my end. pfft Nevertheless, I got my money back!
. but in most of the cases people often do not get charge back.
