Unjustified credit card chargebacks

Not all the time customers are correct and the internet has changed the way we are doing business. I am a seller, and I had situations where customers filed credit card chargeback's just because the black color they see is not the same color we all see. (Product not as described).

There are customers that got his/her money back, and they do not return the merchandise.

I finally found a service that I think it will help us ( Protect yourselft from Chargebacks, Credit Card fraud, Identity Theft, Trouble Bad Shoppers ) to report and identify bad customers, It should help sellers find out if the shopper was reported prior we commit to fulfill with an order.
