Reward or flying cards? with the transfer

Im looking to Transfer a credit card balance to another credit card. The APR now is 9.79% and i think i can get it lower with another card, and also the card with the balance does not have awards or benefits.
My question is I want a credit card that I can transfer the balance to a lower balance card and i also want a card that i can use when i pay the transfer balance off to use to get reward points or maybe flying points. Does anyone know of a good credit card to do this with? I was thinking of American Express Blue card, but i havent made my mind up if I want a reward point card or a flying point card.
