Hi:
When I received Credit Statement from my Credit Co., a mysterious payment, $150.00 on the top of its statement. I immediately called a phone# on its statement. A representative told me that it's Security Protection for my Credit Card, priced $150.00 and he also insisted that I did authorize at the same time when I purchased some items from on-line-shop. Of course, I NEVER authorize it for $150.00! Having seen this, I felt I was duped by two of those, Internet Shop and Security-Protection working together to get money from customers. (btw), this Internet-shop is one of reputable women's clothes shops.

I mentioned NEVER need it and wanted $150.00 money-back ASAP. He told me that he'll send a 'Certification Letter' for its cancellation and afterwards the $150.00 would be deposied to my Credit Card.

My question is;
How to handle this issue, $150.00 which was transacted/authorized without my knowledge? Even they NEVER notified me, thus I never knew it until I got Credit Statement yesterday.

Someone told me that it takes several weeks for him to get a money $150.00 from my Credit Co., then I'm no need to worry over. Is it true???

Any helps and advices would be greatly appreciated.
