I have been with this card for six years, and I have been a very good customer. I pay on time and always pay my balance. I guess if I had let them make a little more interest off of me they would treat me better after all these years. I am now discontinuing use of their card because due to some problems using online bill pay I had two occasions in the last year that I did not pay one month when I believed I had. They told me that I had too many occasions where they had to reverse my late fees (once!!!) and suggested I use auto bill pay. I do not know about you but I want to see my credit card statement before I pay it because I have also had multiple instances where I was charged for items that I did not buy in cities I could not have been in. So if you want to get this card think real hard. I would only suggest it if use NWA to fly a great deal.
