I've done one chargeback and it was SO warranted. I had documented every step in how this company had ripped me off and wouldn't let me return a product that was less than average. It took the credit card copmany 90 days to get my credit to me, but it worked. We have learned that if you are in the right, and have documentation supporting your plight to be on the up and up, in the end, the bad guy will have to pay.

It's a good thing.
