Wow! That is really hard. And really high charges. Goodness! Even if it's some fault made by the credit card company or due to the change of management it should have not been that high. I agree to his sentiments eventhough it's just one case. Well there is always a first time for everything. I wouldn't let that happen to me. I would go ballistic.
