so basically what u are telling me is, capital one can steal anyones money and not get sued? i doubt thats true. they have such rules so they are protected from stupid and non sense claims. but when some **** like this happens, they can be taken to court, or else they can just start stealing ppls money and not get sued for it. what ur telling me is stupid, and i doubt any judge would believe such ****.
and yes you can sue them, the lawyer told me its not that easy and it will take work. i am willing to spend money, time and anything thats required to sue these bastards. i have excellent credit history, i have paid every single of my bills in FULL on time to capitalone, they have no right to **** with me, they are bunch of liars that mess with people. i have conversations recorded where some one tells me i was hacked, and some other guy telling me i requested a balance trasnfer my self. they sure are looking for whats in my wallet, wrost ****ing company.
