They're not s---ting anything. You can't sue them. And they're aren't scared of you or any other loudmouth with a lawyer.
Assuming you don't cash the check the $2000 charge will come off your bill eventually, they *might* waive the finance charges and any past due fees, and that will be the end of it. You won't get damages, you'll never see a courtroom, your lawyer might as well quit now since he has no case. Capisce?
Again, I've been on the inside, I know what goes on (look for some of my other posts to see what else I've disclosed). And the arbitration clause is in there specifically for people like you.
