what are you talking about? i am not suing a bank, i am going to sue capitalone for fraud. your telling me they can steal peoples money and still not get sued? thats funny. we have lawyers and laws for a reason. once i get my hard copy statement, in court they have to tell me where that 2k balance trasnfer came from.
