In the bracket of "Excellent" it's a good score. Everything in the high 700s is perfect.
However, is not that easy. You need to have that score stable. You should have for the past months that or a very close score (10 above/below)
Also, depends on your history, but with that score you should not have problems. The balance on your card, will depend on your overall debts and your income.
